There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.
Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.emblepcb.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Although our online order management system is programmed to update automatically, www.emblepcb.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the delivery of quantity you ordered and may fulfill order in parts. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.
If an order is to be canceled after shipment of raw materials, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.
REFUNDS
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective product and/or issuance of credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
Orders cancelled by emblePCB shall be refunded to user’s account within 10 days.
In some specific cases, credit note will be generated against user’s payment and will be informed to you via telephone or email or mobile text.
