What are Electro-Mechanical Assemblies?

The combination of electronic and mechanical components assembled in a single package can be termed as Electro-mechanical assemblies. They include subsystem assemblies with board-level interconnects and chassis wiring, and full system assemblies called box builds.

These usually contain a mix of electrical and mechanical components, a wiring harness that provides pathways for power and signals to be able to flow from one assembly to all other assemblies in the unit.

It is important to carefully construct box builds to meet the design specifications as well as any applicable safety requirements. Moreover, box builds must be built to house all of the printed circuit board assemblies, user interfaces, and the interconnecting wire harness assembly together with a perfect fit.

We integrate the hardware and software – as well as provide functional testing and reliability analysis – to make sure it works for that end-customer right out of the box.

We also provide wire harness or cable assemblies to our customers as a stand-alone service along with board assemblies. We have automatic end-to-end crimp machines and semi-automatic crimp machines along with several applicators for different crimps along with several manual tools for handling different types of wire harnesses.
